the Citizen Portal is an application that brings information to Brazilian citizens in an agile and transparent way. The main objective is to find road works through an interactive map that takes us to detail the status of the work, with photos, percentages spent, completion forecast and much more. The target audience is between 25 and 50 years old.

UX designer leading the Citizen Portal website design

conducting interviews, paper and digital wireframing, low and high-fidelity prototyping, conducting usability studies, accounting for accessibility, iterating on designs and responsive design

conducted interviews with stakeholders, which I later turned into empathy maps to better understand the public and their needs. I discovered that many citizens are interested in following the progress of a project near their home or work. However, figuring out what the correct contract number is and where to find this information is a tedious, difficult and not very intuitive process.
